The price of the RTX 5080 rises by $300 in China

I guess no one will be surprised to see a graphics card hit by a major price hike. Amid a shortage of components, the price of the RTX 5080 is skyrocketing in China.

As a result, the model with 16 GB of VRAM has just gone up by about 2,000 yuan, or approximately $300. The GPU now costs between 14,500 and 15,000 yuan ($2,170 to $2,240), up from 12,700 to 13,500 yuan ($1,900 to $2,020) previously. Asus and Gigabyte are applying these new prices.

This has also been the case with the RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB, which has risen from approximately 9,000 to 9,150 yuan ($1,350 to $1,370) to 9,650 to 9,850 yuan ($1,440 to $1,470). Similar price increases could now follow in Europe and North America.
