XBOX presents the Mythic achievement

Microsoft has officially confirmed a very poorly kept secret. XBOX players will soon be able to earn a Mythic achievement in their favorite games.
Available starting today for members of the XBOX Insiders program, this virtual achievement is earned after unlocking all other original achievements in a single game. Achievements added later or as part of DLC are not required, so the system works similarly to the Platinum trophy on PlayStation.
Note that eligible games (including those on XBOX 360) have retroactively received their Mythic achievement. This means it will be automatically unlocked if the others have been earned. In addition, there’s a new progress bar to track your progress toward Mythic status and a new Games tab on your profile to view your progress or see which titles you’ve already completed.
