Here's Moylo, a promising hand-drawn action game that homages Cuphead
, by Thibaut
Last week, Bugle Duck announced an extremely intriguing project. It’s called Moylo, a game with an aesthetic inspired by the 1930s and 1940s and featuring stunning hand-drawn graphics.
Expected to release on PC at an unspecified date, Moylo is an action game featuring melee combat and highly challenging boss battles. Suffice it to say, the formula strongly resembles that of a certain Cuphead, both in terms of art direction and gameplay. Players will venture into a dark world and gain new powers as they progress.
Here's a brief description of the game.
"Enter a world where death has already claimed everything. Beneath an endless night, dark shadows have consumed the land, and every path leads to a new challenge. Face unforgettable bosses, and grow stronger as you uncover new powers throughout your journey."
The announcement trailer for Moylo has been a sensation, with over 2.6 million views on YouTube.
