Although they were missing at the game’s launch last May, path tracing and DLSS 4.5’s Ray Reconstruction technology are now available for 007 First Light.
IO Interactive has therefore updated the PC system requirements for the much-anticipated path tracing feature. It enhances ray tracing effects through a more comprehensive lighting simulation. This delivers even more detailed lighting, shadows, and reflections.
To run path tracing at 1080p and 60 FPS, you’ll need an Intel Core i5-13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and an RTX 5070 with 12 GB of VRAM. To aim for 1440p at 60 FPS, you’ll need an RTX 5080 with 16 GB of VRAM.
Finally, playing in 4K at 200 FPS (or higher) with path tracing maxed out requires an Intel Core i5-13600K or AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor, 32 GB of RAM, and an RTX 5090 with 32 GB of VRAM.
