Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity came out on the first Switch back in November 2020, and will soon be optimized for the Switch 2. Nintendo confirmed this during its most recent Direct.
Thus, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity – Ultimate Edition will be released on February 25, 2027, for the Switch 2. It will feature improved resolution and frame rate, a new mode called Calamity Quest, and GameShare compatibility for two players, either locally or online via GameChat.
It features both the base game and the Expansion Pass content.
