The big COSMOS update for No Man's Sky is now available

Hello Games is back with a massive free update for No Man's Sky. Players can download the COSMOS update now.

This patch reimagines space exploration in the game with the introduction of a new star map that lets players locate points of interest. Users can also take control of a space station, customize it, join a galactic alliance (or create one), and build a base right in space.

No Man’s Sky players will be able to encounter distant space outposts, abandoned wrecks filled with resources, and access an expedition dedicated to the game’s tenth anniversary. Add to that a new diplodocus companion, exploration of asteroid belts, and improved terrain details.

The new trailer showcases all of this, and there's a new interview with Sean Murray, the creator of No Man’s Sky.
