Techland does not plan a sequel to Dying Light 2

Since its debut in February 2015, the Dying Light franchise has sold more than 30 million copies. The two post-apocalyptic FPS games have delighted zombie game lovers, but the story may end there. Indeed, Techland has also stated that no sequel is currently planned. A new game is indeed in development within the Polish studio, but it would be a new IP.
