You can report inappropiate voice chats to Xbox now

Microsoft is about to introduce a new security feature for Xbox gamers: we will be able to capture excerpts of up to 60 seconds in length for the purpose of flagging inappropriate voice conduct.
This feature is easily accessible during a multiplayer game or voice chat, and you can even "capture and report later", so you don't have to stop your current game session.
This new feature will initially be available only to Xbox Insiders on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. It will be rolled out on a larger scale at a later date.
