Pocketpair (Palworld) is desperately short on staff and is going on a hiring spree

Since its 1.0 launch on July 10, Palworld has been experiencing a true resurgence. On Steam, the game nearly reached one million concurrent players last weekend.

Faced with this surge in popularity, Pocketpair is desperately short on staff and has made this clear on social media. In a post on X, the Japanese studio stated that it is "desperately short on devs", so it has begun a recruitment drive help the company grow.

Those hired will be responsible for designing Pals, creating new game modes, and much more. Like many Japanese publishers and studios, Pocketpair is experiencing rapid growth.
