The update that streamlines progression for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is already available

In addition to launching on Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S this Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has just received a major update to simplify progression.

It allows you to start the game at level 65, keep HP and MP at maximum at all times, deal 9,999 damage with every action, and earn double EXP. All gauges will remain at maximum, and you’ll have access to more Materia.

Of course, these settings are optional and are intended for beginners.
