The studio behind Genshin Impact is said to be working on a game à la Animal Crossing

Initially released on mobile devices and PS4 in 2020, Genshin Impact has made a name for itself among the long list of free-to-play games on the market. This success is due not only to its highly addictive concept inspired by gachas, but also to its colorful universe and endearing characters.

Today, an insider tells us that the Chinese company HoYoverse is working on a life simulation game that would be in the same league as Animal Crossing. Sadly, we have no further information at present.
