MultiVersus servers now closed until next year

Last March, Warner Bros. Games announced the astonishing closure of the MultiVersus servers. The fighting game was withdrawn from online stores in April and is no longer playable at all in multiplayer now as of this June 25, 2023.

Despite this, the developers intend to relaunch the game early next year, when MultiVersus will receive new content, features and modes. What's more, all the progress achieved to date will be retained.

The training room and some local battles will remain accessible, with all characters and cosmetics unlocked.
