The Elder Scrolls VI won't come out in the next five years

Despite being announced at E3 2018, the sixth entry in The Elder Scrolls franchise won't come out in the next few years. Indeed, Bethesda Game Studios is currently focused on Starfield and its expansions.
The sequel to Skyrim won't be in our hands for a long, long time... And if we are to believe the latest statements from Xbox President Phil Spencer, the wait is likely to be excruciating!
During the trial between Microsoft and the FTC, Spencer was asked about the possible exclusivity of The Elder Scrolls VI for Xbox Series. Spencer answered that he was unable to give any details because production of the game is still at a very early stage.
"With Elder Scrolls VI, it’s so far out–it’s hard to understand what platforms it will even be at this point. It’s the same team that’s finishing Starfield, which comes out this September. So we’re talking about a game that’s like five-plus years away."
