Since the beginning of production back in January, the TV series Tomb Raider has hit a minor problem. Sophie Turner, who plays Lara Croft, has suffered an injury.
As a result, filming has been briefly suspended until the actress has fully recovered. Fortunately, it is a minor injury that should not have a significant impact on the overall production.
Amazon MGM Studios has released a brief statement on the matter.
"Sophie Turner recently experienced a minor injury. As a precaution, production has briefly paused to allow her time to recover. We look forward to resuming production as soon as possible."
