nDreams, a studio specializing in VR games, is laying off around 80 people

nDreams is a British company founded in 2006 and specializing in the development of virtual reality games. We owe it experiences such as PowerWash Simulator VR, Far Cry VR and Perfect.

Unfortunately, times are tough and the studio has had to make a "significant reduction in its overall workforce." As a result, 78 people will lose their jobs in the coming days. Of the three studios that make up nDreams, Elevation will become the core around which the company will restructure.

"Our team was informed today of restructuring proposals at nDreams, including a significant reduction in headcount. These changes would impact all levels of the organization and many teams, including management."

The layoffs will affect the other two studios, Near Light and Compass Studios, which are slated for closure.
