A new 2D Mario and the remake of an SNES game could be announced this week

Insiders are becoming more and more insistent about a hypothetical Nintendo Direct for this week. At present, the Japanese manufacturer has not confirmed anything, but new rumours are just won't stop coming.
According to Pyoro, the insider who previously leaked the existence of Sonic Superstars and Everybody 1-2-Switch!, this Direct will see the announcement of a new 2D Mario, in addition to a remake of an "SNES classic ".
