Costumes included in Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Deluxe Edition will not be unlockable through gameplay

Pre-orders for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 opened this Friday, June 16. In addition to the usual standard edition and an incredible collector's edition, we can purchase a Deluxe Digital Edition containing a number of extras, including ten never-before-seen costumes for Peter Parker and Miles Morales.

In a tweet, Insomniac reminded us that these outfits cannot be obtained by playing the game. You'll have to opt for the Deluxe version to acquire them. For users who only purchase the standard game, an upgrade to the Deluxe edition will be offered for ten dollars.
