Horizon 3 is still a long way off
, by Thibaut
This week, Guerrilla Games announced Horizon Hunters Gathering, a cooperative spin-off that has clearly not been met with unanimous approval. Although the studio has reassured players by saying that it is also working on single-player experiences, it seems that we will need to be patient.
On Bluesky, journalist Jason Schreier confirmed to a user that Horizon 3 will not be released for several years. He also said that he believes most of Guerrilla's staff are currently working on Horizon Hunters Gathering.
So those eagerly awaiting the next installment in Aloy's epic story will have to wait many years.
