A new Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase is taking place this Thursday, February 5. The Japanese manufacturer will showcase several games from third-party publishers and studios for its consoles. One title in particular is expected to grab viewers' attention.
According to insider NateTheHate, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is scheduled to make an appearance during this Direct. The Switch 2 version of the RPG will be shown before its release in early summer 2026. The game will likely also arrive on Xbox Series during this period.
NateTheHate speculates that Rebirth could be available on these platforms as early as June.
