New leaks on Pokémon Pokopia shed some light on its content

Next March 5, the Pokémon franchise will venture into the life simulation genre with Pokémon Pokopia. Players will take on the role of a Ditto who must build various locations in a pristine world in order to welcome as many creatures as possible.

Now, leaked development documents dating back to 2023 have revealed some information. Of course, some figures may have changed during production. For example, at that time, there were plans to introduce 400 to 600 different recipes to the game. In addition, there were plans for 50 to 70 maps, around 100 treasure chests, one dungeon per area, and several puzzles. Additional areas were also mentioned for a post-launch release.

These objectives were provisional and may therefore have been partially modified or abandoned.
