Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO will get a new update on January 26 and a big DLC this summer

Bandai Namco and Spike Chunsoft spoke about what's coming next for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO this weekend. The fighting game released in October 2024 will receive a healthy dose of content in the coming weeks.

Starting with a first update on Monday, January 26, which will bring the Mission 100 mode, in which players will choose their favorite characters to complete various missions. The battles will be varied, and the missions will bring back memories for players of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Another update with a Survival mode will arrive in the spring.

As for the major DLC, we'll have to wait until summer 2026. It will include new playable characters such as Super Android 17, Demon King Piccolo, and Super Saiyan Bardock. We'll also have access to additional costumes, levels, and new moves. Finally, an additional game mode will be included.
