12 years after its release, Shadows of the Damned will be remastered

What a surprising turn of events! Ahead of its Direct event on June 14, Grasshopper Manufacture has decided to make official a project that wasn't in anyone bingo's card! The Japanese studio has announced the remaster of Shadows of the Damned.
Originally released in June 2011 on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, this third-person action game by Suda51 and Shinji Mikami went rather unnoticed at the time. Critics weren't too positive on the game, blaming outdated graphics and a rather bland storyline. The player takes on the role of a demon hunter named Garcia Hotspur, who must save his girlfriend.
Still, a release date for Shadows of the Damned Remaster hasn't been announced yet.
