007 First Light has been delayed to May 27, 2026

The release date for 007 First Light has been pushed back two months from March 27, 2026, to May 27, 2026, so IO Interactive has announced on X. The main reason given is the need for further polishing and refinement in order to deliver a high-quality launch experience.

According to IO Interactive, the game is already fully playable from start to finish, but this delay will allow for details to be ironed out and certain technical aspects to be improved before release. 007 First Light is billed as the studio's most ambitious project to date, combining spectacular action, espionage, gadgets, and car chases.
