The Resident Evil Code Veronica and 0 remakes are expected to come out in 2027 and 2028

This isn't the first time we've heard about these two remakes. Rumors have been swirling about a possible remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica, and Resident Evil 0 could also get the same treatment.

In fact, the usually well-informed insider Dusk Golem stated on X that Capcom is expected to announce the remake of Code Veronica as early as next year. The launch is scheduled for 2027. As for the remake of Resident Evil 0, it is planned for 2028.

Of course, the Japanese publisher will likely not mention this new version of Code Veronica before the release of Resident Evil Requiem on February 27, 2026.
