Dead Cells tops 10 million sales, DLC planned until the end of 2024
, by Thibaut
Arriving in early access on May 10, 2017 before a definitive release the following August, Dead Cells has managed to conquer our hearts. Available on all platforms, Motion Twin's game has just passed the 10 million copies sold mark around the globe.
In addition to the undeniable quality of the game, its commercial success has also been due to the French studio's compromise with the title. As of now, over 30 updates have been deployed alongside four paid DLCs. The latest, Return to Castlevania, in partnership with Konami, has not gone unnoticed.
So much so, in fact, that the president of Evil Empire (the studio responsible for DLC) has stated that new content will soon be arriving in Dead Cells. So we can expect new content at least until the end of 2024.
