This is Vampire Crawlers, a deckbuilder sequel to Vampire Survivors
, by Thibaut
It was quite unexpected, but the creator of Vampire Survivors announced a brand new game at the Xbox Partner Preview. This is Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors, coming soon to consoles and PC.
It's a turn-based deckbuilder with roguelite elements in which you have to perform combos in monster-infested dungeons. You'll have to collect cards to chain together battles and progress further and further each time.
