The hype around the PlayStation VR2 seems to be less than expected. According to Bloomberg, Sony is disappointed with the performance of its upcoming VR headset in terms of pre-orders. So much so that the company is now planning to ship 1 million headsets during the first quarter. This is far from the 2 million originally planned. The price of the device (599.99 euros) may be the cause of this hesitancy on the part of consumers. Following disappointing pre-orders, Sony is revising its ambitions for the launch of the PS VR2.
