Yakuza / Like a Dragon news on June 16

RGG Studio has some exciting news in store for us next month. The studio responsible for the Like a Dragon franchise (formerly known as Yakuza in the West) will be holding an RGG Summit on June 16 at 5 am (11pm ET / 4am BST / June 15 8pm PDT).

So, we should be able to learn more about Like a Dragon: The Man Who Erased His Name, a less ambitious game, kinda like an spin-off that follows Kiryu after the events of Yakuza 6. In addition, we can also expect news about Like a Dragon 8, the next mainline game that opts for a turn-based RPG formula.

Gaiden is set to be released this year, while Like a Dragon 8 will fall into 2024. Let’s hope for a surprise or two during the livestream!
