Kojima lifts the veil on his new action-espionage game, Physint

Back in January 2024, Hideo Kojima announced a new action-espionage game in partnership with PlayStation. Provisionally called Physint, this title is expected to draw heavily on Metal Gear Solid.

During its “Beyond the Strand” event, the Japanese studio revealed a poster for the game. It depicts the main character of this adventure. Actors Charlee Fraser, Don Lee, and Minami Hamabe will be part of the cast of this new production.

However, Kojima has made it clear that his horror game OD will take priority and that Physint will be released after it. Hermen Hulst, who heads PlayStation Studios, made a brief statement.

"We're not going to give too many details today, but I can confirm that this game is fueled by the same creative energy and ambition that has made the partnership between PlayStation and Kojima so powerful over the past 30 years."
