Spike Chunsoft lifted the veil on Danganronpa 2x2 this week. This graphic novel-style game featuring plenty of mysteries will be released in 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, Switch 2, and PC.

This collection includes two complete experiences, including a brand new story inspired by Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair (2012). While the settings and characters remain the same, an incident triggers a series of events that are very different in terms of the victims, culprits, and traps that will be set for us.

The original Danganronpa 2 storyline has also been enhanced with new visuals and other adjustments to suit modern platforms.
