FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE is scheduled for release in early 2026

Announced during Nintendo Direct, FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE will be released on Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series, and PC early next year.

Koei Tecmo has also released a first trailer for this complete remake of its adventure horror game, originally released on PS2 in November 2003. We follow two twins in an abandoned village where evil spirits lurk. We'll have to rely on our Camera Obscura to survive these horrors.

The developers have reworked the graphics, as well as the audio, controls, and all the game's fundamental systems.
