Ubisoft gives more details on the release of the Claws of Awaji expansion for Assassin's Creed Shadows
, by Thibaut
In July, Ubisoft announced the release of the first DLC for Assassin's Creed Shadows on September 16, 2025. The release date for The Claws of Awaji remains the same, and the French publisher has provided additional information.
First, it's worth noting that this additional content is available to players who pre-ordered the base game before its release. Second, The Claws of Awaji will be available on September 16 at 2 p.m. CET on all platforms.
To access this new story, you'll need to have completed the quest Out of the Shadows, which can be obtained after completing the personal quests of Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro. In addition, another free quest will give you access to the bō weapon.
