The PlayStation Family app improves parental controls

Sony has just announced and released the PlayStation Family app on iOS and Android devices, which offers enhanced parental controls for younger players.
With this app installed on a mobile device, parents can receive real-time notifications to find out what game their child is playing. An activity report is also available.
It is even possible to manage the amount of play time allocated for each day of the week. Children can request additional play time from their parents via the console. The same applies to managing spending by adding funds, checking balances, and setting monthly limits.
Finally, the content accessible to children can be filtered, and social interactions can be modified via privacy settings.
