Hollow Knight: Silksong has already surpassed the 5 million players mark

It should come as no surprise that Hollow Knight: Silksong has been a huge success since its launch on September 4. Alinea Insight has released several new figures for Team Cherry's game.
It has already attracted more than 5 million players across all platforms. In addition, more than 3 million copies were sold via Steam alone in three days. Valve's platform even recorded a peak of more than 587,000 simultaneous players and is estimated to have generated more than $50 million in revenue.
It's also worth noting that 78% of Silksong players on Steam have played the first game (81% on PlayStation). Finally, almost half of Steam users who own the game have also played Elden Ring.
