Battlefield 2042: an "Elite Edition" will be released for Year 2 starting May 26th

Since its launch in November 2021, Battlefield 2042 hasn't exactly had a celebration. The FPS game by DICE has been received very cautiously by critics and players. It must be said that the game has not been spared from bugs... Adding to that, the content has struggled to arrive after release, resulting in a game that is somewhat considered unloved.

Nevertheless, the Swedish studio is not giving up and will be introducing Season 5 on June 6th. As if that wasn't enough, Dealabs informs us that a new "Year 2" edition called Battlefield 2042 Elite Edition will also be available for sale. It is set to be released on May 26th, 2023, on all platforms.
