The Game Boy Advance emulator for Switch welcomes several improvements and an Easter egg

Nintendo has rolled out a small update for the Game Boy Advance emulator included in the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription. There are several new features to note.

First up is support for 1080p resolution exclusively on Switch 2 in handheld mode. Players also have the option to change the controls for each game. To do this, launch a title from the catalog, press the ZR + ZL buttons at the same time, and go to the View/Change Controls section.

Finally, the Japanese manufacturer has added a little Easter egg to the emulator. When starting it, players can hold the analog stick in any direction to launch the famous Game Boy Advance start screen.
