Crimson Desert's physical edition will be published by PLAION

Publisher PLAION and studio Pearl Abyss have announced a partnership for the highly hyped Crimson Desert. This open-world action-adventure game was recently delayed until the first quarter of 2026.

A physical edition will also be available at that time. We have no details have been given yet about the different versions and possible editions as of now. This is what Kevin Kim, CEO of Pearl Abyss, commented on the agreement.

"PLAION is already proving to be a strong partner for Pearl Abyss as we continue to grow in overseas markets. Partnering with PLAION with their global footprint will allow us to bring Crimson Desert to even more fans around the world. We are pleased to partner with a physical game distributor that shares our ambitious vision of an adventure set in the beautiful yet brutal continent of Pywel."
