Refunds are easier now on the PlayStation Store
, by Thibaut
If getting a refund for a purchase made through the PlayStation Store is complicated, requesting one used to be a very tedious task. Fortunately, Sony has finally made the process easier.
Users can now request a refund through the PlayStation mobile app or a mere web browser. The request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. The software purchased must not have been downloaded or streamed. A refund will be granted in all cases if the game or DLC in question does not work properly.
