The PS4 and Xbox One versions of PUBG will stop being updated on November 13

PUBG: Battlegrounds players on consoles will experience a significant change at the end of the year. Krafton has announced in a statement that the PS4 and Xbox One versions will soon stop being supported.

The battle royale game will be discontinued on November 13, 2025, on PS4 and Xbox One. Players will need to go for the Xbox Series version (via Smart Delivery) or the PS5 version (via the PlayStation Store) by that date.

Progress and purchases made will of course be kept. PUBG will run at 60 FPS on each console while benefiting from visual improvements and various fixes.
