Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 gets a patch with an option to restart a battle

Sandfall Interactive has made further improvements to Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. The RPG, which is a strong contender for GOTY, now has a very welcome new feature.

Patch 1.4.0 adds the option to restart a battle immediately if things go wrong. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to restart the battle. In addition, the lumina cost of each skill is now clearly displayed in the menu. Outside of cutscenes, dialogues can now be read automatically, and the audio settings allow you to adjust the volume independently for exploration and combat phases.

Finally, in terms of graphics for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on PC, image generation and low latency mode for DLSS and XeSS technologies are included. The developers are looking into the possibility of FSR support.
