NVIDIA delays launch of the N1X chip to early 2026
, by Quentin
Despite being originally scheduled for the second half of 2025, NVIDIA's N1X SoC for Windows on Arm (WoA) PCs is now expected in the first quarter of 2026. This postponement is due to a number of factors, including the delay of the next AI-focused Windows.
Developed in partnership with Mediatek, the N1X integrates a Grace Arm CPU and a Blackwell GPU. It is expected to compete with solutions from AMD and Intel in the AI PC segment.
Revised versions of the SoC are currently being prepared to optimize performance and design. The launch could coincide with CES 2026, a good time to reveal more.
