Pre-orders for the MSI Claw A8 with a Ryzen Z2 Extreme start at €975 in Europe
, by Quentin
The MSI Claw A8, a handheld console powered by the AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme APU, is finally available for pre-order in Europe, after releasing on China at first.
Two colors are offered (white and green), with prices starting at €975 in Germany and approaching €1,000 in other European countries. As with its previous models, MSI is maintaining a gradual, low-profile launch, with little official information.
This price puts it on a par with the Intel Lunar Lake-based Claw A8 AI+, launched seven months earlier at €999. Despite its high price positioning, MSI is the first manufacturer to integrate the Ryzen Z2 Extreme into a handheld console, ahead of ASUS and Lenovo.
