The Microsoft Store has stopped selling films and TV series

The American company has made a rather unexpected announcement. Starting this Friday, July 18, the Microsoft Store will no longer be selling movies and TV series. This applies to Microsoft.com and the Microsoft Store on Windows as well as Xbox.
The section reserved for this content now displays a message warning that the service has been discontinued. Of course, those who had purchased films or series in the past will be able to continue viewing them as normal.
