An analyst predicts GTA VI will sell 85 million units in two months

Of course Grand Theft Auto VI is the most eagerly awaited game of all time. It may even be the most eagerly awaited there will ever be. As a result, many analysts are expecting a veritable tidal wave of sales.

On LinkedIn, Konvoy's Josh Chapman has published various predictions based on internal data and exchanges. It is therefore important to note that the following figures may not prove accurate.

According to Chapman, GTA VI will generate $7.6 billion in revenues in the first 60 days following its release on May 26, 2026, which would make Rockstar's title the best-selling video game of all time.

In these first two months, the game would even reach 85 million sales worldwide. This figure is based on the assumption that GTA VI will be sold for $80 (which may not be the case). GTA+ subscriptions could also see strong growth.
