NetEase may port Marvel Rivals to Switch 2

Since the Switch 2 is far more powerful than its big sister, developers are eyeeing it with some ports of their titles in mind.

This could be the case for NetEase with Marvel Rivals. In an interview with Video Gamer, game director Guangyun Chen mentioned this possibility. However, the teams behind the competitive game has yet to get a dev kit from Nintendo.

"We are in the process of obtaining the development machine for NS2. Once we have it, we will conduct a thorough evaluation and provide a response [on if the hardware is powerful enough to run Marvel Rivals]."

So we'll have to be patient to find out whether the Switch 2 is capable of running Marvel Rivals.
