Borderlands 4 will require at least an RTX 3080 to run smoothly on PC

Gearbox Software has been revealing a lot about Borderlands 4 in the last few hours. So, after its many editions and the game's absence from its collector's edition, this fourth installment is focusing on its PC specifications.

The Borderlands 4 Steam page details all this! To be able to run it, you'll need a machine with an RTX 2070 and an Intel Core i7-9700 processor. But to fully enjoy the experience, an RTX 3080 and an Intel Core i7-12700 are required.

  • OS: Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-9700 / AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
  • Hard Drive Space: 100 GB available hard drive space
  • Additional Notes: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system, 8 CPU cores for the CPU, and 8 GB of VRAM for the GPU. SSD storage mandatory.
