Intel is working on the Core 5 120F, a 6-core processor

Intel is preparing to release a new entry-level processor for socket LGA-1700, the Core 5 120F. This model, seen in an advertisement, is based on Bartlett Lake-S architecture, not Arrow Lake or Meteor Lake-S.
The Core 5 120F features 6 P-Cores (without E-Cores), with frequencies of 2.5 GHz base and 4.5 GHz boost. This makes it similar to the Core i5-12400F, but with a slightly higher boost (+100 MHz). It supports up to 192 GB of DDR4/DDR5-4800 memory, for a TDP of 65 W.
Compatible with previous-generation motherboards, this processor is aimed at those looking for performance/price balance. Like all F models, it does not feature an integrated graphics chip.
