The difficulty of Lies of P: Overture is getting lowered

Neowiz decided to shadowdrop the Lies of P: Overture DLC at Summer Game Fest 2025. The additional content, whose story takes place before that of the base game, has been available since June 6.

While reviews on Steam have been very positive so far, some players have pointed that it's too difficult. Director Ji Won Choi addressed the issue in a video posted on social networks. He took the opportunity to announce that this difficulty will be lowered via a patch.

But since combat is a central aspect of the experience, the studio wants to take its time with testing. A date for the update's roll-out will therefore be given at a later date.
