AMD has officially launched the RX 9060 XT, the fourth model in the RX 9000 series, based on the RDNA 4 architecture. There are two versions available: one with 8 GB of memory at $299, the other with 16 GB at $349.
The card uses the Navi 44 GPU and integrates 32 compute units, 2048 stream processors, 32 ray tracing gas pedals and 64 AI gas pedals. It is aimed primarily at 1080p and 1440p gaming.
Compared with NVIDIA's RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti, the RX 9060 XT offers competitive performance, particularly in terms of value for money. However, ray tracing lags behind NVIDIA cards equipped with the GB206 GPU.
