A mode for arachnophobes appears in Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy is now available on PS4 and Xbox One. To celebrate this new launch, Avalanche Software has chosen to deploy a nice patch (about 2.1 GB on PC) on all platforms. In addition to the more than 500 bugs fixed, this update offers a mode that will please arachnophobes.

The mode in question is available in the menu dedicated to accessibility options. It changes the appearance of spiders, reduces the sound of their screams, and makes corpses on the ground invisible (collisions still work) after a fight. However, spider visuals in the guide remain unchanged.
